SAKK 57/24
Feasibility of Total Neoadjuvant Treatment with HYPErthermia in patients with high-risk extremity and trunk soft tissue sarcoma (TNT-HYPE). A multicenter, single arm, open label, phase II trial. 
Im Rahmen dieser klinischen Studie werden Patienten, welche an einem Weichteilsarkom der Extremitäten leiden und ein hohes Rezidivrisiko aufweisen, mittels neoadjuvanter Chemotherapie in Kombination mit Hyperthermie gefolgt von Bestrahlung und Tumorresektion behandelt.

DCC-3116 GIST-Studie
A Multi-Cohort, Open-label, Phase 1/2 Study of DCC 3116 in Combination with Anticancer Therapies in Participants with Advanced Malignancies. 
Im Rahmen dieser Studie wird bei an GIST erkrankten Patienten:innen die Wirksamkeit und Verträglichkeit von Ripretinib in Kombination mit DCC-3116 (neuer Wirkstoff) nach Versagen/Intoleranz unter Imatinib untersucht werden.
